Welcome to Sukoon: Muslim Marriage ("Sukoon," "we," "our," or "us"), a service provided by NurTech LLC. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you," "your," or "User") and NurTech LLC governing your access to and use of the Sukoon mobile application (the "App"), website, and all related services (collectively, the "Services").

1. Eligibility Requirements

1.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use Sukoon. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. We do not knowingly collect or solicit information from anyone under the age of 18.

1.2 Purpose and Intent

Sukoon is designed exclusively for Muslim individuals who are genuinely seeking lawful marriage (Nikah) in accordance with Islamic principles. By using our Services, you affirm that:

• You are a Muslim individual seeking marriage
• Your intentions align with the purpose of halal matchmaking
• All information you provide is truthful, accurate, and current
• You are legally permitted to enter into marriage in your jurisdiction

1.3 Restrictions

You may not use our Services if you:

• Are currently married (unless seeking a lawful polygamous arrangement where legally permitted)
• Have been previously banned from Sukoon
• Are required to register as a sex offender
• Are prohibited from using the Services under applicable law

2. Account Registration and Security

2.1 Account Creation

To access Sukoon's features, you must create an account using one of the following methods:

• Email with OTP verification
• SMS with OTP verification
• Google Sign-In (OAuth 2.0)
• Apple Sign-In (Sign in with Apple)

2.2 Identity Verification

To maintain community safety and integrity, Sukoon may require:

• Selfie verification during onboarding to confirm you are a real person
• ID verification (optional) for enhanced profile trust badges
• Phone number verification for account security

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized access or security breach
• Using strong, unique passwords and enabling biometric authentication when available

3. User Conduct and Community Standards

3.1 Islamic Values

Sukoon is built on Islamic principles. All users must conduct themselves with adab (Islamic etiquette), respect, and integrity. Our platform promotes:

• Respectful communication aligned with Islamic ethics
• Honest and transparent interactions
• Privacy and modesty in all exchanges
• The involvement of family and wali (guardian) when appropriate

3.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

Content Violations:

• Post, upload, or share haram, offensive, explicit, or sexually suggestive content
• Share misleading, false, or fraudulent information
• Upload copyrighted material without authorization
• Post content that promotes violence, hatred, or discrimination

Behavioral Violations:

• Harass, stalk, threaten, or intimidate other users
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Engage in catfishing or create fake profiles
• Use the platform for purposes other than seeking marriage
• Solicit money, donations, or financial assistance from other users

Technical Violations:

• Upload viruses, malware, or malicious code
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Services
• Use automated bots, scrapers, or data harvesting tools
• Circumvent any security measures or access restrictions

3.3 Enforcement

Violations may result in content removal, account warnings, temporary suspension, permanent termination, or reporting to law enforcement where appropriate.

4. Premium Subscriptions and Payments

4.1 Free and Premium Features

Sukoon offers both free access and optional premium subscription plans ("Sukoon Premium") with enhanced features such as:

• Unlimited likes and matches
• Advanced filters and preferences
• Profile visibility boosts
• See who liked you
• Incognito browsing mode
• Priority customer support

4.2 Payment Processing

Payments for Sukoon Premium are securely processed through:

• Apple App Store (In-App Purchases) for iOS users
• Google Play Store (Google Play Billing) for Android users
• Stripe for direct payment processing
• RevenueCat for subscription management

4.3 Subscription Terms

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your device's app store settings

4.4 Refund Policy

• All purchases are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or platform policy
• Refund requests must be submitted through the respective app store (Apple or Google)

5. User Content and Intellectual Property

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you submit, post, or display on Sukoon ("User Content"), including photos, biographical information, and messages.

5.2 License Grant

By posting User Content, you grant NurTech LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, and display your User Content within the Services.

5.3 Sukoon's Intellectual Property

All Sukoon trademarks, logos, service marks, trade dress, source code, algorithms, designs, and copyrighted materials are the exclusive property of NurTech LLC. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or use our intellectual property without express written permission.

To provide our Services, Sukoon requires access to certain device features:

10. Account Termination

10.1 Termination by You

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings or by contacting support. Upon deletion, your profile will be removed from public view immediately and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or any other reason at our sole discretion.

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to access and use the Services ceases immediately. We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

12. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

12.1 Informal Resolution

If informal resolution fails, any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules.

• Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right shall not constitute a waiver of such right.
• Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign our rights without restriction.
• Modifications: We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification or email.
